Moulded Panel

These interior doors are made of a single piece of pressed high-density moulded facings, which are bonded to a wooden frame. These include the standard lightweight cellular paper suitable for light-duty non fire rated applications, 44m thick FD30 solid particleboard for security and sound performance and a fire resistant insulated core to provide an fire-rated solution.

Solid Panel
The solid panel door appears and feels like a single piece of wood. However, it's actually made of mullions, stiles, and rails that are used to hold floating panels. This makes the doors more durable than hollow wooden core doors, and helps them resist warping and cracking in humid climates.
By using a multi-layered structure, the individual softwood lamellae are optically graded mechanically and connected to one another by adhesive. This helps reduce shrinkage and swelling due to changes in the climate. This three or five-layer bonding process, when combined with thick cover layers allows the raw material to keep all of its natural properties, and also increases its durability and stability.
